Shipping Times

Processing time is 2-3 days from order date :) All orders will have a tracking number emailed to you after your order is fulfilled. You can then track it through the Auspost website.

Australian domestic orders can take up to a week.

International orders may take up to 2-3+ weeks :)

Duties & Taxes

For international orders, duties and taxes are occasionally incurred on package arrival and are charged in addition to international shipping costs.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping to. Charges differ in each country depending on the regulations.

CherishingCo is not liable for any late deliveries caused by local customs or third-party delivery companies. For Australian orders, GST is already included in the retail price.

Returns/Unclaimed Packages

I am not responsible for lost/unclaimed packages.

If your package gets returned to me due to incorrect details/unclaimed, I will refund the price of the necklace only.

If your package gets lost, email me your order details and we can work towards providing you a full refund! (auspost investigations do take up to 30 days though).

If you wish you return & refund your order, please email me beforehand.

Incorrect/damagd items

If you receive a damaged/incorrect order, please contact cherishingco.help@gmail.com or use my website chat. I’ll be happy to refund or send a replacement & make it right! :)
