Hi! I’m Kelly, the owner of CherishingCo!

CherishingCo is a woman-owned small business from Australia :) I’m a 19-year old that LOVES creating things & most importantly MUSIC!! I want to pour the impact specific songs has had on me into jewellery pieces that anybody can wear & relate to.

I started this brand to share the universal love we all have for music and our favourite artists. This way, we can hold and wear the lyrics we cherish close to our hearts <3 I aim for authenticity, relatability, and hope my brand will help you find comfort in your favourite songs through my jewellery. 

do you ship internationally?

yes! shipping rates are calculated at checkout :) i do not control these so if you are International prices are a bit pricey :(

how long will shipping take?

*excludes processing time

australia: 2+ business days - a week

international: 10+ business days

what is your processing time?

2-4 days, i will try my best to pack & ship orders out ASAP :)

what if my item arrives damaged?

contact me through my website chat/inbox or dm me on insta & i will offer you a replacement or refund :)

my heart locket opening/closing stopped working, how do i fix it?

make sure you're pressing in the top right corner where the hinge is!

if it still doesn;t work, this problem can be easily fixed. just push the sides of the hinge using pliers until it clicks together :) message me if you have any other concerns

the necklace is fragile so please be careful when opening & closing it!

when will you restock?

keep an eye out on my instagram @cherishingco, i post restock dates & any upcoming product launches on there :)

what if my package gets lost during transit/stolen?

unfortunately, i am not responsible for any lost packages and cannot do anything after i ship them out. you will have to contact your post office.

will my shipment have tracking?

Australian orders: yes

International: it depends which shipping option you select. international economy air does not, but international post standard/express comes with SMS & email notifications

can i cancel my order?

only if it has been less than 24 hrs after purchase. please email or contact me through the ‘chat with us’ button ASAP so i don’t process your order for shipping.

do you accept returns?

no, i do not accept returns. but please email me if you are unhappy with your order.

can i wear the necklace in the shower?

yes, since stainless steel won't rust when in contact with water. however, with gold plating, it is not recommended to keep its durability.

can i put an image in the heart locket necklace?

yes! dimensions of the locket is in the description on the product page

what if i put the wrong address?

contact me ASAP with your order number and correct address. please make sure its correct the first time, if i have already printed your shipping label/sent it out you will have to repay for shipping costs.
