do you ship internationally?

yes! shipping rates are calculated at checkout :) i do not control these so if you are International prices are a bit pricey :(

what is your processing time?

2-4 days, i will try my best to pack & ship orders out ASAP :)

what if my item arrives damaged?

contact me through my website chat/inbox or dm me on insta & i will offer you a replacement or refund :)

my heart locket opening/closing stopped working, how do i fix it?

make sure you're pressing in the top right corner where the hinge is!

if it still doesn;t work, this problem can be easily fixed. just push the sides of the hinge using pliers until it clicks together :) message me if you have any other concerns

the necklace is fragile so please be careful when opening & closing it!

when will you restock?

what if my package gets lost during transit/stolen?

unfortunately, i am not responsible for any lost packages and cannot do anything after i ship them out. you will have to contact your post office.

will my shipment have tracking?

Australian orders: yes

International: it depends which shipping option you select. international economy air does not, but international post standard/express comes with SMS & email notifications

can i cancel my order?

only if it has been less than 24 hrs after purchase. please email or contact me through the ‘chat with us’ button ASAP so i don’t process your order for shipping.

do you accept returns?

no, i do not accept returns. but please email me if you are unhappy with your order.

can i wear the necklace in the shower?

yes, since stainless steel won't rust when in contact with water. however, with gold plating, it is not recommended to keep its durability.

can i put an image in the heart locket necklace?

yes! dimensions of the locket is in the description on the product page

what if i put the wrong address?

contact me ASAP with your order number and correct address. please make sure its correct the first time, if i have already printed your shipping label/sent it out you will have to repay for shipping costs.
